There's a theory on a Tech board that the saltiest comments came from a man in the northern half of Oklahoma. Guess we won't ever know how true that is, though.
I don't think anybody is going to surprise anyone else, and it will be a miracle if a Dinky Dozen team makes it to the playoffs. OU is the only one with a chance as usual.
Series is 7-8 yrs off, but should be fun ('23 in Lubbock, '24 in Eugene).
Yes, I saw that. Looking forward to it. We recently stayed in Lubbock for a day and I thought the campus architecture was really cool looking and the stadium was as well. Heck, my 4 year old said she liked the Lubbock hotel bed (for bouncing) the best. I definitely want to see a game there.
I was bummed to see A&M slink out of our game, but I was not surprised by it. Just another example of SEC (although a wannabe) teams that back out (UGA being the other one). I hope Tech and UT will get their act together and join the Pac- haha.
Look for us with a huge Oregon tent and flags flying- and a couple of Texas craft kegs to share.
Big 12 commissioner to interview at least 18 schools about expansion
The 18 schools that will make their presentations to the Big 12 are Cincinnati, Houston, BYU, South Florida, UCF, UConn, Memphis, Colorado State, Boise State, Tulane, Temple, East Carolina, SMU, New Mexico, Northern Illinois, San Diego State, Arkansas State and Air Force, sources said.

Nice. As long as the tent isn't maroon, people should be very friendly.
Hopefully I'm fortunate enough to make it to Eugene the next yr. Have been to the neighboring states to the N & S, but the B***** State is still on the list. Would also like to see Portland & Mt. Hood up close (saw both from the air once).
