That would all depend on whether NS and Amtrak could reach an agreement. Even with an agreement there are still huge hurdles to pay for. NS and Amtrak can't use the same tracks. A new set of tracks would probably be built alongside the existing tracks. New bridges etc. would still be required.

Fred's Beds on Firetower is now Waters Home Furnishings. I have no idea if it's just a name change or a new business.

On the front it says they feature Fred's Beds. Looks like an expansion, from just mattresses to the whole home.

Ok, thanks. I went in there last year and they already had more than mattresses. Perhaps they've upgraded.

Pete's on Red Banks is now open. Their website states they have closed their first loacation until they decide if they wish to operate two locations. They want to be fully staffed and functional at the new location before deciding the fate of the original.
