We are attending family weekend at ECU next week. We have a hotel booked in Greenville but we have had a change in plans and will only be able to stay for one night. Unfortunately, the hotel is requiring a 2 night stay that weekend. I have searched the area, including Washington and Williamston and have had no luck finding another hotel - everything is booked solid.

Can anyone suggest another area nearby (or within 30-60 minutes) that we may be able to get lucky and find another hotel for just one night?

Thank you!

as much as gas costs these days it might be cheaper to pay for the extra night you won't use instead of driving to & from Wilson or New Bern. Just a thought, I have no idea what you are paying for the room nightly.

New Bern has right many mid-range hotels. Have added more since we moved here. Should be ok.

I checked and most in NB are open this weekend.

Additionally, NB has a million bed and breakfast, if you are into that.

good luck.

Where are you coming from? Wilson is fine coming from areas west. Likewise for New Bern and areas south east.
