Need someone to mow grass in Southport! (vacation home, living)

We have a vacation home in Southport. During the summer, we had a guy who would mow our grass, when called. Once done, we'd mail him a check.

Last week, hubby called him to mow. He called back and said he mowed. Hubby mailed him check. Neighbor called to tell us our grass was pretty high. Apparantly, guy lied and didn't mow.

So...does anyone know of someone RELIABLE that will mow a small yard (about l/4 acre) in Southport?

I can't help you with finding someone but I can offer this advice. The next time have them take before and after pics and email them to you. No pics, no check.

Wishing I was living down there, i would go cut the grass!! Thanks for giving me another idea at how to make some money when I move down!!

Meanwhile, i hope you find someone who can go and do it and be honest!! Sorry you were taken!
