Cross posted for documentation reasons of this thread:

Check it out--a real "Browns Town." I would live here defintely live here. This would be great continued momentum to continue from all the other projects currently under construction (Casino, Aquarium, Convention Center, Medical Mart, Flats East Bank, etc). I give you, residential! :

Thanks costello_musicman, I actually read this article a bit earlier today and you've already got it posted up here!!!

I agree that it's exciting to see companies continue adding to the construction/development momentum that is happening here in Cleveland. I like the fact that the Clinic would be involved. I'd be happy to see them do some development downtown. Lets keep these projects coming and get them built!!!

I love in that video how the guy is almost apologizing for the price being a whopping $14. Any other city that would be considered cheap. I love Cleveland, we are such down to earth people.

In Cleveland, that's considered cheap. $14 is nothing for something like that.

Depends on how big it is and how much enjoyment you can get out of it. For instance, the Shedd Aquarium is $32 for adults, but you can feasibly spend 3 or 4 hours there without being bored.

If you can get 90 minutes or so of enjoyment, then I'd say it's a relatively fair price.

Hello!

Yes, I agree... Clevelanders are very down to earth. It doesn't matter where you're from throughout Northeast Ohio, we're all Cleveland and some how or another, we're connected to each other. We're a huge and close community! The connectivity here does not exist in any other city and/or state... Look at how we support our teams! Prime example... I still believe in C-Town!

^ Case Western Reserve is another Cleveland gem component that continues to improve. Not only is their endowment reaching record levels..but they are building, building, building!

1) Here's a video of the Wind Turbine they just put on campus a few months ago, for example:

YouTube - Wind Turbine Time Lapse Installation at Case Western Reserve University

2) Freshman applications were up a nation-leading 45% this year. I heard selling the booming University Circle had a huge role: https://www.city-data.com/forum/cleve...icants-up.html

3) And endowment continues to skyrocket. They've been averaging over $100 million a year recently. Just last week, another $23 million gift to the University: Little-known but influential Cleveland family gives $23.5 million to Case Western Reserve University | cleveland.com

As this continues...expect more construction announcements from Case Western Reserve in the near future -- they'll be needing room to grow!!
