I think this is a smart move because it will allow collaboration with other cities and communities surrounding UC (Namely East Cleveland) which will allow for projects and improvements to be done faster and with less loop holes to jump through.....ahhhh Progress!!!!

If you're referring to University Circle, I walk around at night there all the time. It's definitely getting safer. Not to mention there are many Police forces who patrol:

- Cleveland Police
- University Circle Police
- Case Western Police
- East Cleveland Police (along the border)

In terms of University Circle police, they report campus crime has been WAY down this year -- hope this keeps up:

East Cleveland border is getting much much safer, especially with all the development happening on the EC-UC border. If this what your message means then, yes it is definitely safe during the day to walk down the street in EC, again especially along the border.
