I lived in cleveland for 35 years..Moved to the West coast,(California, Idaho and Washington)...I've been there for 10 years... The reason we are leaving is because of the fact that these people here in Idaho are not very welcome to black people...This is a very racist state...My husband is white and we have two children who don't see color....unfortunately, there are some parts of cleveland that are the same way...We are planning on moving back to ohio to live in Shaker Heights.....I want no parts of cleveland....the sad part is that Idaho is a beautiful place...they're just very prejudice here....

I pay $200/month rent in my place in Lakewood, dead serious. Moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in Rocky River with a buddy next year that's $550, so $225 a person.

You find these problems any where in any city. I am black too, I lived in Philly until moving to Ohio 3 years ago. People not being very accepting is everywhere. Cleveland is a very diverse city, and holds more diversity than all of Idaho together.

Agreed. But it's not a horrible option and still better than majority of the state.

Look there. It seems as if Western/Southern are best followed by Akron suburbs.
