From what I know there are a few new buildings near CSU being rehabbed. Living in the Circle wouldn't be bad though, you've a 15 minute Healthline ride from downtown and that thing runs 24/7.

I know it will be years from now, but I can't wait for the new RTA rapid station! The existing one at University Circle is disgusting and dilapidated. It's such a disappointing contrast to the rest of the area!
