I am interested in permanantly swapping 40 acres in Nevada for land in the following areas in California:
Coachella Valley (e.g. Palm Springs / Indio)
OR
Anywhere within 40 miles of either Los Angeles, San Diego, Long Beach, Santa Ana, Bakersfield, Chula Vista, San Bernardino or Oceanside.
My land is approximately 10 miles from the town of Lovelock, Nevada in Pershing Country and is about 90 minutes from Reno. This land has no restrictions and is ideal for someone who likes a more diverse climate and lifestyle. This parcel of land offers great views of the Stillwater and Humboldt Mountains.
There are no debts or mortgages attached to the land and taxes are current up to (and including) the end of 2008.
