HELP! I am losing a lot I bought in Daniels, West Virginia. We can't make the payments due to an injury. You can take over our loan and make the payments and own this beautiful homesite! The value of the lot is a little over $130,000 based on the Phase IV price. We owe about $58,500. The monthly payments are $604.33. I am two payments behind. The lot will go back to the developer if I don't sell it this week! I am asking for $2,000 for my equity. YOUR COST TO OWN THIS BEAUTIFUL LOT WITH OVER $70,000 IN EQUITY IS $3,208.66. ($2,000 plus two payments or $604.33) I would rather give it to you than the developer!
