I am looking for a roommate to share my home in the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte. I am a GWM and would like the same. The space available will be $750 a month and is the entire second floor of my home and is approx. 650 SF. It has it's own entrance and has it's own kitchenette, bed room bathroom and living room and will include all utilities, a space in the garage, satellite with personal DVR and wireless internet.
