I'm currently in the process of moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment in Clifton, NJ and need someone to take over my lease!!

- Great location right off of Rt 3, minutes away from Rt 46, Rt 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
- Buses within walking distance, and NJ transit rail short minutes away.
- Multiple parking lots, no assigned spot.
- Laundry facility on premises.
Move in late February/early March. The lease is good through September.
My current rent is $1,008/month. Heat & water included. Security deposit is 1.5 months.
