Can anyone give me any information on a very nice 3 - 4BR/2BA rent or lease to purchase house in the Meridian area? I may be relocating with my family and would like to lease with the purchase option just in case I decide not stay permanently.

I have a very large back yard and I am selling it for a very cheap price if you are interested. The home is about to go threw some renovations. Both bathrooms are getting new ceramic flooring new toilets and vanities. All bedrooms are getting new carpet and the kitchen and front room are getting ceramic as well. Kitchen comes with stainless steal appliances. Home has a wood-burning fireplace. Yard is fenced in. home is in a nice neighborhood kids and friendly neighbors. This home also has lots of room for a dog to run and play.
