Which is the Best Northeastern Transit System for >

Only did the Big ones , but you can list others.

Cleanliness

Frequency of the service

Interior Design of the Trains or Buses aka seating , floors....

Modern / Historic Balance of Stations

Fleet Diversity (If you use the system you voted for daily , you'll know what i'm talking about)

System size and System upkeep (meaning the system isn't falling apart at every corner / seem.)

Fares (cheap or flexible)

This should settle the bragging rights , New Yorkers will face some tough discussions with this. As there system isn't the cleanest. I also divided it up into divisions like Bus or Light Rail. Some systems needed to broken up.

If your wondering why i put in Intercity Buses & Amtrak because they connect some of the Regional systems.

Lmao, you outdid me with this one.

I see your only focusing on Northeastern systems though so with that being said I'd pick New York, there is a lot of variety, I've never really thought any of the trains were ugly and actually they are what the classical subway train is supposed to look like. Even if you add the 1980's graffiti to em. It doesn't hurt that they run 24 hours as well. They are not exactly the cleanest or most comfortable, call me crazy, but I still enjoy the gritty-ness of them.

NYC subway is the best by far. It's the only system in the U.S. that can compete with the best internationally.

why we win:

r46 (these run on the A (occasionally i think), F, G, R, V) :

r68 (runs mostly on the B, D...you might see them on the N still but not sure cuz its been awhile since i've been on the N train...used to be on the Q as well) :

r32 (these run on various lines. i've seen them on the B, C, E, F, Q, V, W, etc)...i forgot which lines use them now because they keep moving them around. they're the oldest model in our system) :

r62 (these run on the numbered lines like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 trains) :

r42 (these run/ran on the j, m and z lines...and a few other lines but they're getting retired soon and have been replaced on most lines that ran them with the newer trains) :

^^Ugh, I hate those old trains that run on the E line. Thankfully they're starting to phase them out. They're so rickety, loud, and ugly, lol. Show pictures of the newer trains. They look a lot nicer.

they all look the same tho. once our system is 100% new trains it'll be the end of our variety.

I'm all about the PATH over here. Connects NY w/ adjacent cities faster than any other option.

Not sure if there's other places in the US that have cities the size of NYC/Newark/JC all daisy-chain connected via subway.
