For Ohio....
1. Cleveland or cincy... cant decide between these cities (probably cincy, i know Clevelanders will get mad at me for this)

Good to know that there's no california bias here. The first three are from Cali with very weak downtowns compared to others and then you hit north for a little Portland and Seattle (same coast obviously), and then you head west starting with Vegas and whatever's left over after the almighty west coast/ vegas area is basically a scratch pick. Not that your whole list isn't. Pittsburgh above Philly, Washington D.C. etc..That's so laughable. I take it you never have travelled the country?
