What Southeastern city is the friendliest??? I noticed that a lot of people on the forum like to to talk about their cities' size, population, it's tallest skyscrapers, it's dmographics, it's diversity, so I thought (whether you live in one of the cities or just visit) I'd start a poll about the friendliest. I know some cities are medium-sized while others are pretty large, but which city do you find the friendliest?

Atlanta the friendliest? I don't think so lol. I went there a couple of times and nobody says hi to one another.
Thats b/c its too many transplant there...In particular ones from NY!
