For me personally, in shopping experience, I could rank most of these cities on the same level because they all offer some great shopping, especially when it comes to stores I like. However, the answer of course is Miami

San Francisco. Actually, due to Union Square alone I would rank them 3rd, ahead of L.A.

NY and LA are at a different level from everywhere else as far as variety and selection.

After that in my experience I'll say Chicago, SF, Vegas and Miami are the best.

As far as ambience and the overall shopping experience I'll say NY, Chicago and SF.

I have to say that as a shopping mecca, Dallas might be the most underrated on this list.
However, I think that it's a tie between DC and San Francisco.

Eh, it kind of depends. In terms of upscale shopping, I think Orlando is the most underrated out of this list.

Miami, San Fran, and DC I guess. Then you got the rest. Most underrrated probably Dallas and Orlando like someone stated earlier.
