For me personally, in shopping experience, I could rank most of these cities on the same level because they all offer some great shopping, especially when it comes to stores I like. However, the answer of course is Miami
they all have the same boutiques it really boils down too the grade level of the stores and the selection some of these citys have a wider selection than others WHCIH MAKES SHOPPING A LIL BETTER BECAUSE YOU HAVE MORE TO CHOOSE FROM
I have to say that as a shopping mecca, Dallas might be the most underrated on this list.

Eh, it kind of depends. In terms of upscale shopping, I think Orlando is the most underrated out of this list.
Miami, San Fran, and DC I guess. Then you got the rest. Most underrrated probably Dallas and Orlando like someone stated earlier.
