LA... tourist attractions aside, I'd prefer LA for the warmer sunnier weather and the beaches.

Cleveland, OH or Milwaukee, WI?

Cleveland. R&R HOF and more sporting events. If they still had Six Flags and Seaworld it would be even better.

Zion National Park UT or Yellowstone National Park WY?

I'd be thrilled to visit either - but if I can only pick one, it's gotta be Yellowstone. It's just more well-known and more unlike anywhere I've been.

Providence Canyon, Georgia or Florida Caverns State Park?

Yellowstone is rightfully legendary, but I was more smitten by Zion. I'd like to go back just not in the summer.

EDIT:
Oops, took too long looking a place up.
Florida Caverns.

Corpus Christi, Texas or Ocean City, New Jersey?

Ocean City, NJ. Corpus is more of a large city that happens to have a small beach attached while Ocean City is a small city attached to a nice beach.

Kings Beach, CA or Frisco, CO

Saratoga Springs, New York

Great, historic center with an attractive downtown and nice lakeside recreation.

Gettysburg, PA or Manassas, VA?

I liked Gettysburg better. I was very moved when touring the battlefields there.

Asheville, NC or Burlington, VT?

Burlington VT. NC is great, but nothing can beat scenic New England and the rich culture of cities like Burlington.

Minneapolis MN or Denver CO?
