I did not find Seattle women at all unfriendly in dating, I think that is coming from people who have never dated here and are purely speculating. Seattle is WAY better then CA, it's the best place I've dated as an adult. Many attractive, intelligent down-to-earth women. I thought CA (both Northern and Southern) was terrible. LA, OC and SD especially are known for stuck up shallow women, plus there are way more guys then gals in Cal. I think NYC is also great place for guys to date, tons of beautiful fashionable women of all ethnicities and there are more women then men.
San Diego, Chicago, Texan cities, and medium sized southern cities usually have the nicest girls I've meet as their cultures are more laid back and people are usually less pretentious.
Places I'd stay away from... Las Vegas, LA, Atlanta, Miami, North E. Cities... image rules in these cities
I would assume friendly cities would be like San Diego, smaller cities in the South, perhaps somewhere like Omaha, Nebraska, while the least friendly would be like Seattle, Portland, Boston, San Francisco.

You can find nice women in any large city.....work on your mouthpiece (learn how to communicate with the opposite sex) and you will be fine. Sure there are women that are cold etc etc but once you’ve built confidence within yourself the city state country really doesn’t matter.
San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle and Boston have to be avoided at all costs.. San Jose is called Man Jose for a reason..
