Is it really that shocking? Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing cities, in one of the fastest growing states. I don't like Vegas, but many people consider it "glamorous".

I would take this all with a grain of salt. I mean look where Austin and Atlanta are ranked yet they are growing fast. Las Vegas over Atlanta, Chicago and Austin? That makes me not take this list too seriously or either they surveyed some pretty dumb peeps.

Yes this is not where people are moving to but where they actually would like to live. People sometimes wish they lived in one city, but for a host of reasons are not able to.

I get that, but when people move it's a combination of both as well. People when they move for jobs also take deep into consideration if it's a place they would like to live.
