NYC silicon alley...
ibm and some others are there.

sv is still king but...it's spreading to other places, particularly india. sv still dominates vc though, but there are more angel funds and "startup" atmospheres in other cities than there were before. chicago, la, boston nyc, austin, seattle, raleigh all have some startup atmospheres.

Silicon Valley wins by a landslide just on "innovation" alone, no need to address the other two points.

I voted Silicon Valley however both places are slowly becoming less relevant as this activity increasingly moves to other countries.
