Just another one of my questions.

I would
1. Move to Seattle Vancouver or chicago and get a place 200000$
2. Go to college 2 years 80000
3. Buy a car 30000
Ok I got 190000 left.
4.Save the rest

Your turn

Move to an upscale Dallas neighborhood, buy a place for 700k

A few nice cars to fill the garage, around 300k (need one exotic)

Save the rest, maybe buy a nice vacation place that I can rent out

Wow, you're going to kick in an additional $500K?
I thought it said 5 million when I first looked at it as well.

Do you have to move away? I hope not because I wouldn't move, right where I am is worth more than $500k to me.

OP,you might want to put a comma in your number 500,000, because the post under you is up to 1 million and then saving the rest, there ain't no rest.

I would move somewhere into the mountains of northern central Pennsylvania or southern tier New York on a dirt road, build a modest single floor home (I'm thinking that would be around $200,000 or less), and live well below my means with an average job and my artwork for augment.

The rest would be in the bank (I'd hope to at least be able to save $100,000).

Though at least $50,000 would go to my parents. $30,000 to buy their land for good and proper, and $20,000 to fix their old hillbilly house.

You might want to invest just a little in a night course in arithmetic.

Yeah I thought 5 million lol

Well reconsidering all that, I'd look into a place in Florida (smaller condo) plus a nice car for 35-50k, and then stash the rest.
