This is a refresher from the vast majority of skyline threads! I really like Detroit's. Maybe due to the fact that it's taken further away from the city so you can see the entire skyline. My next 2 would be New York and then Chicago. They're not as dense yet...or maybe they are and the height differences just makes the cities look awkward. I am unsure...

They are actually denser at that point at least in terms of population but yeah there are skyscraper gaps.
Cool thread! IMO the best skylines in the US pre 1950's are New York and Philadelphia.
