I know in Western D.C. in the areas of Palisades and Georgetown, which are both high income areas, many individuals drive luxury cars

anywhere in Memphis, even the ghetto. These cars are so common here that I don't even associate them with rich people. I bet most of those people are just leasing their cars. There's even in a trailer park in Memphis where 90% of the cars are the brands you named.

Atlanta-Buckhead and Midtown to be exact, but really the whole city.

Saw allot of real nice luxury cars in Miami and Dallas too.

Suprisingly when I go up north, especially the east coast, I really dont see to many luxury brands. Mostly Buicks, Caddy's and Lincolns

I live in Memphis, so I see it every day. They're all over the city, but the part with the highest percentage of luxury cars is East Memphis, just drive along Poplar Avenue. You'll see them everywhere you look. And then there's an infamous trailer park by the airport. Most of the cars are brand new Lexus & Mercedes SUVs.

I don't see nearly as many nice cars in St. Louis, even in the wealthy areas. I guess people are less showy up there.
