The fastest growing counties in the United States - Yahoo! Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/The-fastest-growing-counties-cnnm-407788042.html?x=0 - broken link)
It seems like this is strongly weighted to the Exurbs, which in many ways makes sense as they are mostly growing off a smaller population base (sans Loudon County) and cheaper land.
My question is do you think this is the apex for this growth or will this continue to be the future of the US.
I also feel like there could be two things going on with growth, One is the continued grwoth of the Exurbs and the other more infill closer to the core. If this is the case will the suburbs be the new form of US blight in the decades to come.
