You sure about that? Miami has a Jewelry District, Fashion District, Design District, also don't forget about Mary Brickell Village, Village At Merrick Park, The Shops At Midtown Miami, Cocowalk, Bayside, Aventura Mall. I'm sure I'm missing some those were just off the top of the head, also remember that was just Miami proper, not even including the rest of South Florida.
I'm still trying to figure out how Atlanta has more places to shop, and we are talking about upscale shopping. I still think Miami has more upscale places to shop than Atlanta.
One cool thing about the Bal Harbour Shops is they have ultra high-end cars. In most malls, you see dealers that have Chevys, Hondas, maybe a low-end BMW every once in a while. At BH Shops, you got Porsches and Aston Martins. Kind of funny.
