Paul wrote: "Romans 13:1 "Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God and those which exist are established by God."

Is this teaching "God-breathed"? Or might it be in error even though it is clearly in the Bible?

Being "in subjection" does not mean that we have to tolerate injustice or follow laws that violate living in the Way Jesus taught. It was Peter who asked whether in such circumstances we ought to obey God or men. How we deal with any such conflicts is also a matter of exercising that concern for the well-being of everyone that is the basis of the Way.
It is not a case of all or nothing.

"Render unto Caesar (the government) what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's".

Paul had no idea.

Like all things Biblical it can be used by the devil and by human authority to usurp God's intent.

When authority is just - and that applies to secular authority as well as religious authority - it is meant to be obeyed.

When authority is unjust - it is to be disobeyed.

Yes Christians have a high power then the civil authorities , so they should be turning to God for relief then protesting like the lost people in the earth would, as sedition is sin , and rebellion is sin , so with corrupt laws offending their faith Christians should take up the authority of Christ as Jesus has a higher authority and even power to bring victory ...... So protesting issues like the world will be fruitless

The higher authority they believe in applies ONLY to THEM. We are NOT supposed to try to enforce on anyone but ourselves what WE THINK our higher authority wants, period.

It is not a case of all or nothing.
Read what Peter said for us to do in regards to bosses or masters or the elected President or king.

1 Peter 2:17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king. 18 Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
19 For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
20 For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

Jesus had set the example. His kingdom is not of this earth. It is the American way to fight; but not the christian way. It has been prophesied that the world will persecute us; but He is in us to walk us through this valley of death so that His love will light the way. So be His disciple; not a disciple of America. Trust Him as your Good Shepherd to help you to live as His disciple. Amen.
