There is much confusion over the number of Muslims here. Even with the highest estimates being 10%. I agree any theories of a Muslim takeover is nonsense.

The Low estimates of .6% are probably just counting the immigrant Muslim population. The High estimate probably counts in the NOI. I doubt if we could get an accurate estimate As many American Muslims only practice in their homes and list their faith as undeclared.

The official number is 0.6%.

Out of fairness, the same holds true in Islamic Nations in which you will find the reverse being done and there is an irrational fear of Christians. Muslims living in predominately Muslim countries have the very same fears of Christians and fear a subversive take over by Christianity.

That's nice to hear and hope for. But.....I have read numerous other "prophecies" telling of the imminent destruction of America. One or the other has got to be wrong and not hearing from God. Just sayin'...

Here's a couple examples:

Err. the perpetrators were not Americans. Yes, American Muslims have been peaceful citizens ever since there has been a USA

As to if they were Muslim is a question open for debate. The attack was unIslamic. They disobeyed the Qur'an by killing innocents, and were the aggressors not acting out of defense. They appalled even Muslims world wide. Check HERE for the real reaction by the world's Muslims.

I agree with you, Woodrow. The anti-Muslim sentiment in America is uncalled for. It is not the first time America has scape-goated a particular group. We did the same to other groups in the past. America has a long history of xenophobia. Look what the earliest settlers did to the American Indians, for example.

I didn't know you were a muslim, but I agree it is ridiculous. It is fearmongering at it best. They can't play the fear of communist takeover anymore, so that had to create a new enemy, and 9/11 gave them a new enemy in muslims.

It is hard to recognize us by our names, color or where we live. Very few of us, only about 10% have any Arabic ancestry. We are like ice cream, available in all flavors.

Only that my Muslim comment wasn't concerning about politics or terrorist attacks, it was focusing on the bigger problem that is growing in America ......... spiritual apathy.

From a spiritual view point, the two historically has never been able to co-
exist. Where do you think the current day Muslim religion originated, give you a hint: Babylon.

Maybe you need to understand Finn is that Sheria law has nothing to do with 9\11, that the Koran existed well before America did and that Babylon has been the thorn to God's people well before Roman Empire.

Either one is for Jesus or against Jesus. Let's see if TLC has a premire series on Christian American in the same glowing light.
