I don't see any reason to vote for an incumbent Alderman in this city, with the possible exception of Reilly. We need to clean out the city council in a major way, and this includes the "popular" aldermen like Tunney and Flores.

Why is it a bad thing that Aldermen are looking for ways to skirt around the idiotic parking rules that THEY put in place? How about this... If the Aldermen can't park where they want to, they can CHANGE THE DAMN PARKING RULES. F those lousy bastards.

I know, I know...you're right, but -
Is it to skirt the residential parking rules (which, wouldn't they be residents?) or is it so they can park quickly and respect their constituents by not being late to assorted meetings that they're constantly dashing to and fro?

It just seems minor on the scale of indignities suffered.

What's the sense of being an alderman if you can't park where you want? Seriously.

Well, the upside is that I'll know which cars from which I should be letting the air out of the tires...
