Dunno what's worst - the upper east side of manhattan when the wind whips around the building or standing on s michigan in march, either way it feels like razor blades are slashing against my face. Just saw they recently launched ridecharge/taxi magic service. Used it in SF and completely convenient, especially for me since I tend to not carry a lot of cash on me anymore.
