Forcing indoctrination and diversity training is the wrong approach, since it reinforces a flawed premise, that diversity is a supposed strength, when in reality it's a weakness and a source of tension and it wastes time and resources.

I think all we can do it call "BS" everytime we hear the false prophets pushing their ideology, and I guess without realizing it, that's what I've been doing here.

The word "diversity" is merely code for "less Whites" and everytime you see the word diversity, and do the substitution I'm saying, you will see how true it is.

The key is those who want it can achieve in it.Its also is ok for those who don't want diversity.You can still respect those around you no matter what color,culture or religeion.Thats positive diversity.Atlanta has a overwhelming black population that has been dropping over the last few years.As a black man i think it is a positive trend for the city.It only becomes a problem when one becomes overwhelmed or surrounded , ignored or controled without the minority in mind.
