Surfers, in San Diego? Try a bunch of potheads who hate their parents and pass out periodically on city benches.

That being said, I absolutely love San Diego When I am older, and through with excitement, I shall retire there.

Chicago is not a stressful city, not really. It's home to many jobs and a way of life that is stressful, I suppose, if you're not used to living an urban life.

NYC was by far the most stressful place to live that I've ever experienced, myself.

I think this forbes list is full of it and is nothing more than a news filler for the week. If Milwaukee is a stressful city I might have to find a bridge to end my misery. You know some people like cloudy days...I don't but some do. Traffic...doesn't bother me one bit, I sat on the Edens for 6hrs last winter and I read a whole newspaper and listened to some good sports radio. Unemployment...if you have a job who gives a rip if the next guy doesn't, someone who worries about someone else is going to be miserable no matter where he goes. Air Quality...when was the last time you said "Ugh I'm so stressed out!!! this air quality is just bringing me down man". Failing house prices... if your looking to buy a house you are sitting in the drivers seat and probably are smiling all the way to the bank. Plus if you're not selling your house...WHO CARES!!!

Something tells me the Forbes people will make a list about anything and some people will grip about everything.
