Hello everyone,

So another question...how safe is the neighborhood surrounding Clark and Thorndale? I see that it is fairly convenient to walk from Clark / Thorndale (1500 west thorndale) to the Thorndale red line or Sheridan express buses , but is it recommended to walk around past 10 PM at night by yourself?

I am a single female that will be living on my own, so I am pretty cautious about safety.

Thanks again for all your comments and advises!

I'd say it's on the better side of middle-of-the-road. Not the greatest, not the worst, probably an area I wouldn't walk around by myself at 10pm if I were a woman. Then again there aren't many places I would save the main entertainment drags.

Thank you, Drover.

Do you happen to know how safe the Thorndale L is? I think Lookout Kid at one point mentioned that it is not as safe as Bryn Mawr or maybe even Berwyn.

Hmm, dilemma dilemma.
