Hotel Zachary is literally across the street, but likely pretty expensive.

Zachary is a 4-star hotel at Wrigley Field. Lake View isn't a hot spot for higher-end hotels. The next closest is probably the Lincoln from Hyatt in Lincoln Park/Old Town.

It's actually remarkable how concentrated the hotel options are in Chicago. There are virtually no nice hotels outside of the loop/River North area. A couple of exceptions, but VERY few.

I would recommend the Majestic. It's a few blocks from Wrigley and a bargain for four diamond/four star.

I agree with this recommendation for Hotel Zachary. It's located on Clark St. directly across the street from Wrigley Field.

If you request a room on one of the higher floors which overlook Wrigley, you can actually view home plate.

You can check the reviews for this hotel on Tripadvisor (4.5/5 stars) and Yelp (4/5 stars).

Just to chime in, I’ve had friends come to town to visit and there are a lot of REALLY nice airbnbs in that area.
Not the same experience as a hotel but a good option.
