Yeah, you are probably thinking of Howl at the Moon, it's right next to Rockit. Like I said, I haven't been to Rockit in like 2 years, so for all I know it may not be a hot spot anymore. But I used to go there all the time when I lived in the city and loved it. The downstairs is more restaurant oriented with tables and the upstairs is a bar, they always played good music.
