Np.

On another note, here's what I don't get. Why the hell aren't there *any* conveyor belt sushi places in the city? I know there's like two in the burbs, but do people not realize how much money they could make if they put one near some bars? Honestly, it blows my mind how it doesn't exist in the city.

There's a ton of them in Chicago too but yeah. You have them in LA. Conveyor belt sushi is a place that the sushi chef(s) make sushi (usually a few pieces of nigiri or so) and there's a moving conveyor belt that goes throughout the restaurant. Then as you sit, whenever you see something you like you just pick it up. The plates are color coded to tip the restaurant off to how much you owe. The plates are usually pretty inexpensive - like $2-$3 for 2 pieces of salmon nigiri.

It's fast. Just imagine you've gone out drinking and you want some sushi and it costs like $3 for 2 pieces of most stuff. first of all it's fast, but you could make a lot of money if you owned it since some people might eat a lot.

The best sushi I had in Honolulu was actually from one of these places. Some sushi places, as we all know, are not great quality and one of the conveyor belt places actually had better quality.
