Yes the Lincoln ave hoe - tels are flop houses but I believe the Heart of chicago is a respectable budget hotel. Last time I looked it had okay reviews and caters to those with cars and vehicles. That is the big advantage. The Willows and the Hawthorne terrace are nice. Not luxury really but nice. Of course best hotels are either downtown or slightly north.
