If you had to live within 5 blocks of Halstead/Broadway/Sheridan between Division and Loyola, where would you choose and why?

I would live somewhere so as to place me within 2 blocks of Treasure Island (Broadway and Cornelia), Jewel, and Whole Foods (Halsted 1/2 block n. of Addison). For example, a courtyard building on Cornelia just off Broadway would fit the bill perfectly. Not only do you have 3 very different supermarkets, you also have all the restaurants, coffeehouses, and shops up and down Broadway (and you can even walk to Border's at Diversey/Broadway). And you are only a couple of blocks from the lakefront.
