All you have to do is post an article that says "The Next Detroit" and all of your credibility has been lost. Anybody who thinks Chicago is the next Detroit doesn't know **** about the economy here. Detroit failed because their economy wasn't diversified much at all. Chicago's economy is diversified.

No, diversification cannot overcome the problems of reckless spending, uncompetitive taxes, and anti-business forces.

Many cities face these same problems as do the states where such policies are common.
