Yes i have been reading about it in the neighborhood blogs. Thank goodness! I believe you are 100% correct too! but would be nice to get rid of the liquor store which seems kinda trashy, sorry to be so blunt.

I think the Chateau has been cleared of its former residents and is under renovation already.

cappleman is in the process of removing as many poor people from his ward as possible, if he manages a couple more terms, the area is in for drastic change

I can see the place from my apartment windows. The building's neon sign has already been removed.
