oh good grief. Do you mean hipster artsy types? Professionals in creative professions? People who have creative blogs? How about hot chefs? What about people making scientific breakthroughs?

I would say Pilsen since that's where the art district is. Lots of galleries.

Well my husband is looking for a place to open an art gallery and I am looking for a place to have an art studio. I guess I would say either "hipster artsy types" or "Professionals in creative professions."

We are moving from Tribeca in New York if that gives you a better idea of what I'm looking for.

The Loop where the art schools and other colleges are

ETA: silly me for replying before reading the OP's last response. Pilsen has cheap spots and is a popular neighborhood for poor, starving artists. But I'm guessing that if you're coming from NYC, you're not exactly a poor, starving student. Wicker Park is an option (not sure how much like Tribeca it is).

It doesn't get any more creative than around 43rd and Wallace.

South side, near 120th and Torrance. They create many thousands of new Ford products there each year.

There is really nothing like Tribecca in Chicago, imo.

However, you might like these lofts
