Lol, as you can see, it's one of those small tucked away neighborhoods that you hardly hear about. It's a pretty nice area especially right along 83rd street. The homes are nice and reasonable. They also have that one area with the gated homes (forget what it's called) and the suburban-like Marynook homes where it's like driving through a maze. I haven't been in Marynook since I was a teen but I think it's still relatively nice. I think it's one of the few areas in the city that had single family homes with hoa type of rules. Avalon park is just one of those areas you'd have to drive through and judge for yourself.
