I do not believe there are any water alerts. The beaches will be open - and i'm assuming packed. Yesterday it was certainly a full crowd.

This is prime beach time here. It's harder around memorial day, because thousands go to the beaches, but the water is still too cold to be in for too long (for more people at least). Easier to cool down when the waters get up into the low 70's like now.

If it gets as crowded as it was Memorial Day, perhaps. But that's unlikely. That beach was completely packed that day, due to the fact our spring sucked so completely. I doubt you'll see a crush of humanity now, since we're used to seeing the sun and feeling warmth again.
