So... I am thinking to visit Chicago in late June (6/25-6/28). I have a friend who lives in Chicago but he's not sure if he will be in town during that time. Just in case, I am wondering if there's any cheap place (hopefully free?) that I can stay over for 3 nights (shower & sleep). Maybe I should try to search for a host family to stay with them for 3 days? Anyone here who is willing to let me stay over for 3 nights? I'm a 25 year old student. No any criminal records. Dont smoke or do drugs. I am hoping to stay at a place closer to a major subway or bus station so I can tour around the city easily.
