Nice lot in Lincolnshire w an older home makes for a great tear down and rebuild in hot area. $600k to buy gets a nice lot 1/2 acre lot for a hot market rebuild for 1 $1m plus home. New home behind listed at 1.6m after a ter down cost of $600k. This home is an older colonial 45 yrs old w no basement that would make for a great rebuild project. Must sell!
