We are considering buying a home within Grande Park.
Can anyone tell me their opinion of this area.
Home values, schools, demographics etc.

I appreciate any information you may want to share.

We are moving to Plainfield from NE Ohio in about 3 weeks, and Grande Park was one of the subdivisions we were strongly considering. As you can probably tell, it is *huge* and crosses 2 counties. Our agent is a *wealth* of information, and I trust her evaluation of the area, and she thinks very highly of this subdivision. Alas, the majority of homes for sale are out of our price range (the houses that fall in the Oswego school district were much more reasonably priced, but we wanted to stay in the N. Plainfield district), and we aren't in a position to wait on a short sale. It appears that it continues to be a very sought-after area....

Actually, it's technically too early to truly compare North Plainfield, but the middle school data leads me to believe that the N. Plainfield schools will rank higher than Oswego in the next 5-10 years....
