I was fire for falsify Calls on favor of my Store oh ( customers surveys) they say he have proof but he never show me proof , after 5 years Good preformem no writte up no verbal , umploymemt say then Call them but they didnt give a good información exacly why i was fire now i being aprove now my ex employer after a moth want a Appels desion am ver y worry help??

I am in the same situation. I was fired in February was approved for unemployment and now I get a letter today telling me my employer is appealing. My ex employer states they found emails to a friend during work hours. They originally told me I was fired because my skills didn't match the skills needed for the job and now they r stating they found emails after I left. I'm not sure what is going to happen but this is so stressful. Scares me to death.
