CRNA Jobs in Western Suburbs (Chicago, Hinsdale: to relocate, nursing, area)

My husband and I would like to relocate our family to the Chicago suburbs. We are having an impossible time getting anyone to help us out at the area hospitals Human Resources Departments. He is a Nurse Anesthetist so hiring is usually done through the anesthesia department or anesthesia group. Human resources will not give us the anesthesia departments contact numbers and we are directed to the web sites which only have RN jobs. When he calls back and tries to explain there are no CRNA postings on the websites he gets nowhere. We are going to be in the area in 2 weeks(we were hoping to celebrate a World Series) so need to try and set up interviews. Are there any CRNA's out there that can give us some info? We specifically have tried to contact Good Samaritan, DuPage, and Hinsdale. ANY help would be appreciated. Thank You.

My husband asked me to resond to this question. I work at CDH and unfortunately, that is how all hiring is done; through HR. If they do not post a need for a CRNA, it's probably because they don't have any openings or it would show. I know at CDH, they really don't use them a whole lot. Our hospital has quite a large staff of anesthetiologists and it doesn't seem they use CRNA's that much. We have Scrub Techs, scrub nurses, and regular OR nursing staff that "run the OR's" and I think in my time at CDH, I've only met one CRNA.
