Hi Everyone,
I am new to this board and just wanted to commend the Chicago forum for their positive views on moving there. As some of you may know I have been posting alot these last few days, asking questions about areas, working, schools, etc. I also asked these same questions on the Atlanta board.

I must say, in the Chicago side, I have never received one negative comment, unless you count the weather, as to why not to move there. This board may have some debates or negative things about certain sides of the city, but not once has someone said to me, No Way, do not come to Chicago.

Whereas, many people on the Atlanta board, both white and black people, have told me No, No, No, do not come to Atlanta. One person (black male) told me to run to Chicago!! LOL!! I found that interesting since I am a black female and Atlanta has the hype of being the "Black Mecca" and Chicago often is criticized for their segregation within the city.

Anyway, it has just been a pleasure to see how although, Chicagoans, may disagree with each other on city limits and other various topics, you guys are not telling me either stay in Delaware, or go to another state.

I wholeheartedly thank all of you for that.
