I mentioned the issues with trains in this area but its an issue of overcrowdness.

This area has a bad congestion problem and the infirstructure can't handle the load of people.

I really don't know why people are over corwding this area.

There is nothing atractive about this area.

I even heard people talk about the problem at a diner in the area and had question i had answered.

One of the folks talking said: We have a serious problem with housing and with the overflow of hispanics flocking the area, the laws have changed when buying or selling property in this area.

We want to sell and get out and couldn't figure out why ther inspection requirements are so bad here and i got my answer.

We have twice as many people in this area since the turn of the century.

Why? their is nothing here, shopping sucks and only a hand full of restaurants.

Traffic jams here are as bad as in the city and even LA.

2 lane streets trying to occupy 5 lanes of traffic for what? Hello, nothing is here. go away.

I know Harlem Ave is horrible but even the side streets are getting real bad. Every time you look, there is cars coming from every direction no matter the time of day.

If i didn't live here, i would never come here cuz their is nothing around that catches my eye.
